Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Duplicate accounts detected through system checks are closed without notice.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on okbeth are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is PHP 100 for most payment methods. Funds deposited into your okbeth wallet may only be used for wagering on okbeth's games and services. Unused real-money balance may be withdrawn subject to verification requirements.

One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. All duplicate Accounts identified through system monitoring will be closed, and any balance held across duplicate Accounts is subject to forfeiture.
KYC Verification: PAGCOR regulations require okbeth to verify the identity of all Players before processing the first withdrawal from any Account. The KYC process requires the submission of:
KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission. Once an Account is verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless a change of personal details is recorded. okbeth may request updated KYC documentation at any time as required by regulatory obligations.
Accounts that remain unverified after 90 days of initial deposit may be restricted from further deposits until verification is completed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. okbeth will never ask you to provide your password through any communication channel.
You must notify okbeth immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach or suspected breach of your login credentials. okbeth will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
okbeth implements the following security measures for all Accounts:
You must not share your Account or allow any third party to use your Account for any purpose. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Deposits to your okbeth Account may be made using the payment methods currently available on the Platform, which include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank (via InstaPay), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time, and okbeth does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific method.
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per calendar month depending on your Account verification status, VIP tier, and the payment method selected. These limits are displayed within the Wallet section of your Account.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — accounts registered to another person — are not permitted. okbeth reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the Player's name, and to withhold withdrawal of any winnings generated from such funds pending investigation.
GCash and Maya deposits typically credit to your okbeth wallet within 60 seconds of successful completion on the payment provider's platform. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or UnionBank may take between 1 and 3 hours. Coins.ph and 7-Eleven Cliqq deposits are typically processed within 30 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon confirmation of the blockchain transaction, typically within 15 minutes.
okbeth does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside okbeth's control.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name that matches the name on your okbeth Account. okbeth does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period are determined by your Account verification status and VIP tier, as detailed in the VIP Program terms. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawal requests.

General bonus rules that apply to all okbeth promotions unless otherwise stated:
Weekly cashback issued as part of the okbeth VIP Program is calculated on net losses only (total losses minus total winnings) for the relevant week. Cashback is credited automatically to the Player's Bonus Balance every Monday and is subject to a 1× wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. Cashback calculation and payment are conditional on the Player's Account being in good standing at the time of the calculation.
All games available on the okbeth Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, bingo, fishing games, and arcade titles — are provided by licensed game developers whose software is certified under PAGCOR's compliance standards. Effects of Account Closure for Breach: Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real-Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account at the time of closure are subject to forfeiture. okbeth may offset any balance against outstanding liabilities, including any fraudulent winnings or processing fees associated with reversed deposits.
Effects of Account Closure at Player Request: Where a Player voluntarily requests closure of their Account and there is no breach of these Terms, any verified Real-Money Balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the Player through their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that remain inactive (no login) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. okbeth will notify the Player at their registered email address prior to applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee not exceeding PHP 100 per month, deducted from any Real-Money Balance held, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.

Amendments take effect 7 days after the date of notification, except where a shorter period is required by a PAGCOR regulatory direction, an emergency security update, or a change in applicable Philippine law, in which case the amendment takes effect as stated in the notification.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Where a dispute proceeds to formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, unless PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures provide an alternative forum.
